How much is the Home Sale Presentation Report?
It depends on your location and the size of your property. We are based in Ringwood, so a Pre-Sale Report for a three-bed property within 20 miles would be £250, if you want to carry out the recommendations yourself. However, if an estate agent has referred us to you, the report is free as the estate agent will be instructing us to carry out the report. Or, if you want us to carry out some or all of the work or to project manage more complicated work, we will carry out the report for free in Ringwood.
How quickly can you do the report?
Following our visit, we expect the report to follow within 48 hours.
