If you are travelling a long way to come and see a property, you need to be sure you are going to be happy. Otherwise, a lot of time and petrol is wasted. We shortlist properties according to your requirements and budget. We also view them ourselves to make sure they are perfect for you. If you come and see the property, you know that it has been fully vetted.
Why RightMove and Zoopla don’t tell the whole story:
It’s very easy to go to these websites, put your details in and your results appear. After trawling through the results for a few hours, you may have a shortlist of suitable properties. But as you may not be familiar with the area, there are other factors the Estate Agent may not let you be aware of.
As independent property finders we will give you our shortlist according to your requirements. Properties are ruled out if they are unsuitable and we don’t believe you would be happy.
We can also get in front of properties before they are listed on Rightmove and Zoopla. All of the estate agents in the chosen area will be contacted on your behalf. They may have a new instruction in the pipeline which will be perfect for you.
