Personal Message from Laurence
In 2021, I was looking to move, and what I saw on the market genuinely surprised me. So many homes were poorly presented, badly photographed, and uninspiring. As someone with a background in light renovation and home design, I knew these properties had more to offer. My trained eye for layout, detail, and flow gave me a different perspective—I knew how to make a property feel right.
Realising that many homes weren’t being shown at their best sparked something in me. That’s when I decided to combine everything I was passionate about—property, presentation, and helping people move forward—into one business. I became an estate agent on my own terms: no big offices, no conveyor belt listings, just a properly personal service where the details matter.
Today, I help sellers unlock the real value in their homes, not by guessing, but by guiding, improving, and presenting with purpose.
